Terms and Conditions

Set out below are the terms on which The Clinic provides services to their patients. These are put in place to safeguard the clinic and to ensure the highest standards and services are offered to all our patients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatments. Should you not understand anything within these terms, please contact the clinic for clarification.

Booking a Consultation or Treatment:
The initial consultation costs £15, but this is redeemable against any treatment booked within 30 days of the consultation. A deposit is required for each treatment booking. This is to secure your booking and protect the clinic from "no-shows" and late cancellations.


If the patient needs to cancel or reschedule their consultation appointment, we kindly ask that they email or text us at least 72 hours before the appointment. Voice messages or social media messages that the clinic has not replied to are not acceptable as notification, and it is the patient's responsibility to follow this up. Failure to give full notice will result in the deposit being retained by the clinic to cover the cost of the lost appointment.

Package of Treatments:
Treatment packages are only refundable if a new medical reason arises that contraindicates the treatment, and this must be supported by a letter from the patient’s GP. Any agreed refund is calculated by deducting the full list price (as if for a single treatment) of all treatments already undertaken from the total package price, with the difference returned to the client.
If the patient needs to cancel or reschedule any of the appointments, they must provide at least 72 hours' notice prior to the appointment. Should the above not be adhered to, or if the patient fails to attend, that treatment will be deducted from the treatment package and will not be refunded. Treatments are non-transferable to another person.

Replying to automated booking texts or sending social media messages is not acceptable as notification. Failure to give full notice will result in the booking deposit being retained by the clinic, and the patient will not be offered a refund.

Treatment Suitability:
Prior to any treatment, the patient will receive a full clinical assessment, including medical history, medications, past aesthetic treatments, and their expectations, to ensure it is safe and appropriate for them to undergo treatment. The Clinic reserves the right to determine your suitability for treatment. Should treatment be deemed inappropriate, the reason for this will be fully discussed with you. Certain treatments will not be provided to anyone under the age of 21, and photo ID may be requested by the clinic.

Payment:
Payment for all treatments is required on the day of the treatment, either in cash or via card payment at the clinic prior to the treatment, unless a prior payment plan has been agreed and set up.


New patients may be asked to pay for the treatment upon arrival prior to the treatment.


Prices may change from those advertised on the website, price list, or social media. The Clinic will ensure that the price of your treatment is discussed during your consultation and will also appear on your booking confirmations.

Appointments:
All patients are asked to arrive on time for their appointment. Late arrivals will result in reduced treatment time, and if more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled. This ensures that all patients' time is respected and the next patient is not kept waiting.

Personal Client Details:
All our treatments require us to hold information regarding our clients' personal details, along with medical information. We handle this with the utmost care and ensure this information is only used internally. No information will ever be sold to third parties.
As part of your treatment, you will be required to complete a medical questionnaire, in which we will ask questions about past conditions. It is your responsibility to disclose all necessary information, and The Clinic will not be held responsible for any undisclosed details. Any changes to your medical status must be relayed to a member of The Clinic team before any further treatments are carried out.

All provided information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.

​

Botulinum Toxin Review Appointment:
Routine review appointments are offered after treatment with Botulinum Toxin as a courtesy. If you are unable to attend the review appointment within 2-3 weeks, no additional treatments will be provided once the review period has passed. This appointment is not a "top-up"; treatment adjustment will only be provided if clinically necessary due to residual muscle movement.

Liability:
The Clinic will not be liable in contract, tort, or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, the provision of any goods and/or services to the patient.


The patient is fully responsible for ensuring that they provide The Clinic with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment, including any changes that have occurred. The patient must sign the medical questionnaire form prior to any treatment. The Clinic will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the patient’s failure to disclose such details.


The patient agrees to comply with all pre-treatment instructions and post-treatment care advice given by, or on behalf of, The Clinic.

 

Refunds:
Whilst we will always endeavour to provide excellent service, factual, honest, and ethical advice, and safe, expert treatment using only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and, as such, cannot offer refunds if the results achieved do not meet your expectations.

Cancellation policy: 

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, this means we are unable to re-use that time for other clients.

​

We understand that occasionally a short-notice cancellation may be unavoidable and if it is possible to reschedule your appointment, without causing an issue for our clinic operations, we will try to do so. However, because it is often difficult to re-book an appointment slot within 72 hours, we have taken the decision to implement a 72 -hour cancellation policy.

​

A deposit is be taken when booking any treatment. This will be deducted from your bill for the relevant treatment. If our Nurse after carrying out the assessment feels the treatment is not suitable due to medical grounds your deposit will be refunded. 

 

We guarantee that where notification to rearrange appointments is given, with more than 72 hours’ notice I will rearrange your appointment.

Failure to turn up for your appointment results in full treatment charge.
